I have won a case against Summary suits of proprietorship firm based in Kolkatta where Mumbai court has directed the firm to pay the amt.

its more than 3 months passed still the firm is not paying the monies now what i can do for this situations.

how to get my monies in this situations

you should file a execution petition against firm and get attechment order from the court, it may be attachment of person or attachment of property, as per case.

you will have to transfer decree to kolkata since property of firm is in kolkata . make application for attachment of property of concern in kolkata
