parter is not paying for last 2 years am planning to file civil suits.

the problem is as under:

having return chq only .....

not haivng deposit silp and memo.

how to go ahead

how to prove in the court for such instances

if you have return cheque and you have purchase order , bill , delivery challan you cna file summary suit . contact a local lawyer immediatedly . if you dont file in one year your claim would be barred by limitation

if it is partnership firm you will have to file a suit for rendition of accounts.
