Respected all,
In the mater of DV case
can we forward an application for criminal revision in the same trial court or we have to move in session court?
we have submitted our application of 340 crpc in trial court, on the ground of submitted Documents along with submitted Documents can we pray for criminal revision.
may I know how we can proceed application of 340 crpc now.
it is very much necessary at current position as my son is not getting any job due to pending litigation.
dates of court and mental disturbance many things are present, provided we tried a lot to negociate directly with his wife family but of no use

what has happened to yur application under section 340 crpc ? has any order been passed . ?
is it you case that false statement have been made on oath and fabricated documents filed ?

you will have to prove that false statements has been made on oath .the court wont pass any orders at this stage

If 340 was dismissed, you can go in appeal u/s 341.
However, revision is maintainable in DV as well.
