Sir,
We are a family of 4 living brothers and 3 living sisters .We had our eldest
Brother died long back leaving his wife and his son. W3E ARE AT PRESENT 4 male and 3 females in our family to share the ancestoral property inherited by my father.
Our father died in 2007 and since then our youngest brother is residing in the house with his family.
We at present asked our share from him for which he is refusing to share and wants to have all for himsrlf. In addition some of our broyhers are not interested to take their share from him .
We sisters and one of my brothers have requested him to divide and give our share for which our youngest brother showed disrespect and tells that he cannot part with. All the relevant documents are with the youngest brother.
I request you to kindly to enlighten me with respect to the steps that we should follow to get the rightful share .
Please let us also know the female rights of daughters in this particular case and oblige.
