This query is : Resolved
In a divorce case if respondent files an interim application to send himself for medical checkup, should the petitioner file a reply for the same? If petitioner has no objection in allowing the interim application, can petitioner avoid filing reply?

Yes, petitioner can give his consent orally. Not opposed and allowed.

If petitioner has no objection then he can write his no objection even on the application under his signature so that court may accept it.
