Does it include Notary Court Fee, which is Rs. 25 at present??
In Mah State, Stamp Paper for affidavit is 100/- + Notary affix Notary stamps of Rs. 25/-
HOW WILL NOTARY CHARGE ONLY ""(g) for administering oath to, or taking affidavit from any person Rs.15/-""
Anoop is saying Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/-
Here, it is rarely available.
Over and above, Stamps prescribed for Aff is Rs. 100/-
The chg mentioned are over 11 years old.
Practically no Notary charges any Fixed rate, and they never issue any money receipt for it.
Instead of BEFORE ME, They stamp ATTESTED, and avoid Register entry, if paid less than 100/-
My experience, Paid charges ranging from Rs. 40/- to Rs. 300/- for similar notary job, with different notary.
So I say the charges are not uniform.
Notary usually do not issue Cash Memo.
