Changing name in ration card.

during my birth ,as my name was not kept,my parents enrolled my name in ration card as Rahul 23 yrs back.Till today my name in ration card is still Rahul.all my certificate are named after my original name Priyank.plz suggest me what is the procedure for changing name in ration card.

You can get an affidavit from your parents as to how it was done and then submit it for change of name.

You have turn up adult now then you need to move an application along with affidavit and also with duly attested xerox copies of school certificates addressed to District Supply Officer for name change.
