Dear Sir,
I had given money since 1998 to 2003 to father and same was invested on the inherited property (INherited through partion by my father). Please advice me - if how I could recover?
I have proof of all the money transfered to him.
Currently I am need of my money and father is denying it.
I am lost. He is receiving the rent and has given a single rupee to me.

You have legally no right to recover as the given money is not under any contract though your father should morally support you at the time of your needs if your version is true.

In your ancestral property all have equal share,if you spend money you would not be able to recover it.

Dear Sir,
My father had no income and neither was he paying any income tax.
a. Through my money - he built 4 buildings using all my money (proof - transfer of my money). Yes - he built all on HUF property in name of my father.
b. Using some of HUF - he also invested some property in my name.
My question a. Can I claim a higher share - since I have invested and I have sufficient proof to prove, he had no money - until I gave him?
b. The property purchased through HUF, but in my name. Can my brothers claim it?
Thanks....again for your prompt answer.
