Under which document did the other person transfered the land?? Do you have the land records showing the mutation entreis etc??
Difficult to comment due to lack of details and the papaers need to be seen.
Better to consult a local lawyer for appropriate guidance.

sir in1965 my father had a grant of 3 acre of land for an upset price. same land is mutated on my father's name. we are cultivating it upto 1985. after that we are unable to cultivate it and leave it as beelu, and leave it as unattended. on 1997 our neibhouring land owner got it registered to his name by presenting some person as the owner of land saying that original grant owner sold land to him and saying that, the owner had lost the original grant certificate so on basis of the certified copies of grant certificate from revenue dept and got same land registered to his name. after some time we come to know about such registration, we filed a suit against such registration to declare it as null and void. we are having original grant certificate and my father had taken loan on same land in 1968 (takkavi loan) and repaid it on 1973. loan was granted by state govt. there is an signature of thasildar and block development officer. but there is no entry in pahani about such loan. my question is can we show the loan repayment receipt as a documentary evidence to prove our identity .expecting your kind advice on this , and also any citation of decided case if any. Awaiting your kind reply . thanks.

Grant certificate is sufficient document to prove that you are owner of that mentioned land and there is no necessity to get entered the allotment in Pahani if the same was erroneously left. Your takavi loan is the sufficient document to establish your acceptance of allotment and possession thereon. Even otherwise false persons have been produced showing as real owners on the basis of allotment/grant so your case is fit but you should have also filed a criminal case against all those persons responsible for this fraud.

Since the original grant certificate is in your name, the fact that your father raised taqabi loan on this very land and also paid that are relevant to the facts in issue involved in your case and you can very well show the loan repayment receipt as a documentary evidence to prove your title and possessory activity in corroboration of your original grant certificate.
