Need advice what should i do ?

Sir,
At time of my MCD 1st motion i agreed to give what ever my wife wants from me but after six month for second motion of MCD my wife wants extra money otherwise she said she will not give divorce while i have gave all as per my 1st motion . now once again she she trying to do blackmail to me. Should i file for second motion as she agreed with me without giving extra money and if i do not give her money my second motion would be granted or not ?

You have done a great mistake by giving all the money in one go. It is surprising how no one had advised you against this.

Now you have to either fulfill her demands and remain without divorce.

Yo must have engaged a Common Advocate for MCD. Ask him to do the needful.

He is one who undertook, and u paid under his instruction,

he should have kept it till final decree.
