Sir, I would like to know whether employee can apply for grant of GPF Advance for meeting expenses of his cousin sister's marriage under GPF Rule 12(1)(c). If yes then its ok and if no then could you please let me know the relevant section or rule under which he can apply ? Please its urgent.

Yes, you can apply for GPF advance under the rules, as there is no provision for dependence of the person for whose marriage ceremony you want to take advance.

There is no legal bar to get advance even for the marriage of the cousin sister or brother under the same provision you referred in your query.
