Guardians power

pls explain the extent of guardian power(hindu law) with ref to undivided property.

Guardian can manage the undivided share of minor in property but cannot sale without getting permission of competent court. In case of major son/daughter, parents cannot sale and even no permission can be granted by any court to do so.
