Step 1. Prepare the complaint.
Step 2. Go to the Court.
Step 3. File the complaint in the open court.

sir my Q is once we file complaint and after hearing argument court order 4 ATR police file ATR then after seeing that court may order Registration of FIR else that complaint will continue in court as complaint case.
my Q is 1s FIR is reg. then police start inq.& info the court then
like framing of charge argument on charge then etc...
