Hello, I am in gujarat,here Non Practicing Allowence(NPA)is given to Doctors who are Govt.Employees but nothing to PublicProsecutors. What and how are policies in other states? Shall we file writ in HC?

There is no such allowances available for PPs. You can file a writ.

Try your luck through writ, the chances of success is very very dim.

What is the harm in making aware the Government with the problems of the PPs? Try your luck by organising with other PPs also.
