Need help in cyber crime act

6 weeks before cyber crime team raided at my home. They seized my laptop and hard-disks. But neither they provided any complain/FIR copy, nor provided any document regarding seized items. Even I was not aware with the process at that time. Now I am trying to get complain/FIR copy from IO of raided team, but he is not providing it.

Please suggest what should I do next.

File an application seeking copy of complaint, FIR and particulars of seized properties under the RTI Act.

File an application for the same before the senior police officials.

hope they are from cyber cell... there are many cases where some person represents them as cyber cell officer but they are not from cyber cell... u must have to check their identity or ask for FIR/ search warrant etc...
