hi sir,

entering tenant name after tillers day (1.4.1957)without giving notice to landlord its legal or illegal ?

Whoever cultivates the land,his name is tobe entered in VF VII-XII and method of cultivation i.e. 1 by labour, 2 under personal supervision,and 3.tenancy is tobe written in last column.Whether the person appearing in form as cultivating land,his status as tenant is tobe decided by competent authority.

The talathi of village will enter the name by pencil. The circle officer will start an inquiry,during this inquiry he has to issue the notice to landlord.
