My mother having properties.we three son only.my mother wants to distributes the properties through separate settlements deed not as portions deed

now my mother living in one house.that was in my mother's name.at presents she did not include this properties in the settlements deed.

she saying that i can write will to any son who take care in the last minutes of life

it is right or any legal problem araise infuture
