cheating and forgery by advocate

sir,
one senior advocate cheated me,
advocate is a senior and influenced fellow, so to file a complaint in police station , iam getting fear . he know very well all in court and police . if si of police will take my case or not ?

cheated means whether he has taken money not returned or you have given case.

What would like to do--- either hire a police personnel to take care of yourself or another lawyer to give you care--- choice is yours as police have to obey the Court Orders and what you will do, if police dont furnish evidences against him. Think many times>>>>>>>>

As same thing had happened with my client and he is suffering for the last three years and now under me he is feeling safe, but for how long till the case is going on and after that?

I dont know where the society is heading to<

It is easy to blame but difficult to prove so unless you have solid evidence you will be in difficult position.

if u are having proof then file a written complaint in the state bar council as well as Bar Council of India as the act done by your advocate is Professional misconduct.
