Nowadays we hear a lot about property documents color xeroxed and looks like orignal. How to find out whether a document is original or a very good color xerox? So many frauds are taking place like this. Even Bank managers get deceived. Thus these fraudsters sell the same flat or plot to many people.
How to make oneself assured that the given document is original?

Original stamp papers will have water marks. Xerox will not have.
