I would like to ask that section 324 IPC is bailable or non bailable?
And how to free from it?

No it is Non bailable now, from 23.06.2005 according to Cr.P.C. amendment Act 2005.

from dec.2009 it's been made non bailable.
but calcutta high court not allowing any application u/s438 cr p c in respect of offence u/s 324 ipc and directing to treat it as a bailable offence.

If crime in question of section 324 I.P.C. is prior to enforcement of amendment in Cr.P.C. in Dec.2009,then it is bailable otherwise it is non-bailable becouse said enforcement of amendment in Cr.P.C. is prospective and not retospective.

Agreeing with Bansal Sir. Please find the attachment I hope you will be satisfied. It is enforceable from 23-06-2005. Not from 2009. Please go through the Sec 42 of amendment Act.
