respected experts here i want to know that after once file the chargsheet any evidance produce to the court after three year is ralivent to the case.

Even if the evidence is produced after 3 years of filing charge-sheet, it is relevant and admissible in case.

evidence is produced means?
evidence is adduced during trial.
your question should be whether io can produce any document after 3 years of filing charge-sheet. right?
answer is yes.io also can file a supplimentory charge-sheet after collecting subsequent document.

Depends upon the honorable court if that prefers to allow the witness to be produced after 3 years to adduce the evidence.
