MAKE ANOTHER REGISTERED AGREEMENT FROM THE SELLER.

As your husband is no more, you are the absolute owner. So, produce the legal heir certificate showing that you are the only legal heir. That is enough for the bank for giving loan.

In case registered deed of conveyance has not been executed in favour of yourself and your husband and still the proeprty is held on the agreement, you can get the deed of conveyance registered in your name alone.
But if deed of conveyance has already been registered in the names of both of you then the legal heirs of your husband including you will be the owners and will have to execute the loan documents. If you alone are the legal heir of your husband then follow the advice of Advocate Arunagiri.
