Dear Sir,

I would like to know the procedure to make my son as co-owner of the flat with me.
Can society include his name with my name on the share certificate by giving request application?

You have to first transfer a share in the said property in favour of your son by way of gift or sale deed. After the execution and registration of such conveyance your son can apply for membership in the society.
