Dear Anonymous,
When you say that a person is doing business in Maharashtra please clarify from where (which place) he is doing it? He will be doing it from some place - what according to is the place in Maharashtra from where the business is being done?

Thanks for your reply but as per my knowledge every place where goods are lying and books of accounts are kept is to be registerd under m vat and place is taken on rental basis and owner also does not have any proof what to do?
