Title transfer

What is the procedure for Title transfer in case of inheritance of property by Will?
Any Stamp duty etc., is to be paid ?

Will doe not require any stamp paper for its writing nor the registration is necessary. If however it is registered then only the registration fees are required.

No stamp duty required to execute will. If it is registered ,then necessary stapm duty shall be paid.
