In tamil Nadu we have economic offenses wing
what are the duties of this wing

when any persons grabs our land and constructs a house in our land.... whether we can give a complaint in the said economic offense department

Economic offenses wing is not meant for this purpose.
If your land is being grabbed then you have to file appropriate civil suit. Better consult a lawyer quickly before the matter becomes too complicated.

Economic offenses wing is not meant for this purpose.it is for bribery, scam , mis propitiate of money or money matters.
you have to file appropriate civil suit. Better consult a local lawyer.
