Bailable Warrants

A bailable warrant has been issued againt a witness in a criminal proceedings by MM court. Now what can be done to avoid further consequences.

Such witness should appear before the concerned court in concerned case on the next date of hearing and his bailable warrants shall get cancelled automatically.

To appear before the issuing Magistrate and ask for recalling the order.

But is there any requirement of moving any application for recalling the previous order or the BW shall authomatically get cancelled on appearing of witness on next date.

Pls suggest.
