sir,
kindly tell me what supreme court have ordered in case where sucession certificate is odered by court to an individual and nominee stands in postal small saving certificates. Who is entitle to clsim the amount of kisan vikas patra of deceased, sucession holder or the nominee

Nominee is not a successor. nominee collect the money for successor only.If in any case nominee collect the money, he cannot keep it for himself, money can be recovered from the nominee by the legal heirs of the deceased.Succession holder is the actual owner of the kisan vikas patra he can claim it.

Yes, the nominee is a mere trustee who can manage the property till it reaches the actual claimant/successor.

R/Mr.Nandkumar B.Sawant,
If the nominee was made party while requesting for sucession and the nominee was heard by the court while deciding the sucessor what nominee can do & can post office decide that the amount of kvp will only be dilivered to nominee.
