Forcefully debt agreement between me and my father

There is an agreement between me and my father which was done forcefully by local police.
In the agreement it was written that the agreement is to pay to the money lendor.
Now my father filed a cheque bounce case against me stating I gave a cheque to my father.So all my belongings were left at home.
Truth is I was thrown out of my home because I married a girl whom they don't like.
Other thing is it is written in the agreement that I am liable only for 23 lakhs of 65 lakhs(65 lakhs for family expenses ).
But I already paid 30 lakhs before the agreement made by police harassment.
Can I ask for 7 lakhs as I paid 30 lakhs instead of 23 lakhs.

What are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and your father? Who is the lender, and what about 65 lakhs? As per your query, why do you pay 23 lakhs to your father? Is there any property? Your query needs more clarity. So, as advised by the above expert, Sri T.Kalaiselvan sir, consult a knowledgeable lawyer of your area.

Very valuable advises from your side.Iam very thankful to you.
As a responsible son i cleared my father debts of 30 lakhs before marriage. My father and my step mother looked a girl for marriage. After some days they started asking for dowry as my parents don't want me to get married.
We are 3 Brothers. All well settled.But still my father insisted me to clear all debts which my father is saying 65 lakhs.So i rejected saying that I already cleared half of debts.
They started harassing girls parents for dowry of 30 lakhs. As I liked the girl i married her in a temple without expecting any dowry.
That's why they started filling false cases and under harassment of police I was made to sign on a agreement stating that iam liable only for 23 lakhs of the debts.I have a copy of complaint made by my wife against my parents.But due to the harassment of police, i took my complaint back after 15 days.
As I already paid 30 lakhs can I ask for 7 lakhs in return.

As far as agreement issue is concerned , you have not been able to explain your problem.
Not understood when parents are so hostile why your wife did not filed dowry case.
You are also not clear as to how you can prove that police forced agreement on you.
You are not cleared whether this agreement is stamped or registered?

Agreement is stamped sir not registered
My wife filed dowry case sir at SP office (Grievance) and also added the harassment by police to sign on the stamped agreement. But under severe pressure of local police to take the complaint back,We are forced to withdraw the complaint.
Complaint to SP office is only proof I have sir.
Regarding agreement,
It is debt agreement between me and my father which was done under pressure of local police (My step mothers brother have political influence).But I already cleared 30 lakhs of the debts before marriage as it is my responsibility. I have all the proof of the cleared debts ( Bank statement, Promissory note,Phonepe transactions).
I didn't give any cheques to my father. I was thrown out of my house as I married a girl whom my parents don't like. With the left blank signed cheques at home,my father is filing false cases against me. I complained that my left cheques were misusing by my parents.I also stated it in local news paper.

The agreement signed before police is not enforceable nor it is valid.
You can ask the police to refer the matter to court where you can challenge it's validity.
