The records of a case that took place in the Munsif Court from 1980 to 1986 need to be copied and preserved for future safety. Are such old records still available?

You can approach the concerned court and find out by filing a copy application seeking certified copies of the papers that you want to secure and preserve.

Records are available. However, it is possible that some among the documents could have been weeded out. The best course is to verify through an advocate practising in the same Court.
