Have sex with gf in car caught by 2 people and they are following me I was running my car so they will complain in police station? They have seen only my car number

The passers by don't have any reason to lodge any complaint and if at all they lodge any complaint without any offence committed by you, the police will not entertain any complaint.
Your fears are unnecessary.
