How to complain against judge / functioning of court

Hi

I filed NI act case against a person. I have all proofs. But case is not moving at all. Filed more than 5 years back. Till now trial of PW1 not completed.. from last 20 hearing accused party not taking it further.

I am vexed with judge giving permission for them time and again.

Is there any way for me to complain on this slow process/ work of judge ? Pls tell complete procedure

The judge cannot be a reason for this inordinate delay.
You may ask your advocate that why this case is getting delayed without any proper reason.
Alternately you can file a petition before high court seeking direction for an expeditious trial
