What is the procedure
Can.i.get any order or.government notification regarding this matter so that I can.propose my society to form greivanance Redressal committee

You may approach the registrar concerned with an application signed by the people who all support your views and seek direction to the society to form the desired committee.

It is not mandatory to form a redressal committee in society. If you have any problem and the AGM did not solve the same you can approach the Registrar of Societies.
