caveat in state consumer forum

I want to know whether there is any provision of filling of caveat before state consumer commission,in fact i had filed a complaint before distt consumer forum regarding electricity theft case ,which was allowed,now i am in apprehension of appeal by bijli board against this order.- Kindly help.Regards

In my short Experience, i have not found any caveat before State Commission

Civil Procedure Code is applicable in the consumer forum proceedings not strictly but general practice is same so you can avail the opportunity to file caveat before State Consumer Commission in the interest of justice.

Yes, there is provision. You can file it before state consumer commission.

The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 does not contain any provision for filing of caveat petition.
