Stilt parking can show in resale agreement

i am taking resale property along with 1 stilt parking
As Stilt parking can shown in Agreement at the time of Resale House purchase, also if yes, is it necessary to show in INDEX-II at the time of registration.

what will be best option for further legal avoids obligation or disputes.

please suggest

Parking can not be sold.
Discuss with a local lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding.

Parking space - whether covered or open, is considered as common areas of the housing Society and cannot be subject matter of sale. But it is common practice that members are allotted specific parking area as decided by the General body. Hence your AFS may provide that the flat is sold to you along with vendor's right to park vehicle in the stilt area, subject however to the bye laws of the Society and the decision of the GB from time to time..
