Sale of a Joint property

Hello Experts..good Day
I own a property in Mumbai for which my husband and Mother in Law are also joint owners.Now both my mother in law and husband wants to sell off the property and I dont want to sell it out.
Can they sell the flat even if I dont sign ?

No, they can't sell it unless all the three of you, the legal owners of the flat sign the Sale Deed.
