Hi, I'm Manjula, my sister in law filed a domestic violence case against my family n brother. Now court told us to pay interim maintenance but she is working. My question I When can we file perjury case on her? Please advice us.

Perjury case may not succeed in the given facts.

Bring the fact of her service, income and income of your brother on court file and plead to consider the factors for final fixing of the maintenance.

Court can pass order of maintenance even if complainant ( wife ) earning, if her income ( earning ) is not sufficient to maintain herself so no case of perjury is made out.
