My husband is having a sub judicial case in district leh ladakh can we transfer the case in district srinagar as he resides here it is in j and K

On the basis of the fact that one party is living at other place cases are not transferred generally from one place to another.

File an application before Chief Justice J & K High Court under the provisions of section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (or equivalent , if CPC is inapplicable in J& K) for transfer of the case(s) inter-district i.e., from Leh to Srinagar citing the reason of your residence in Srinagar and inconvenient/difficult/impossible (when there is snowfall in the area) to attend court proceeding besides other reasons applicable in your case.
