I got AB for my FIR in Sessions court. The order says "Anticipatory bail is granted wrt to crime no.". It doesnt say anything about that we A1,2,3 should appear in person to sign in any police stations. So i feel i am fleed from this case as of now. Also charge sheet is pending & i heard that defecto complainant is yet to submit the documents for witness & any documents. I guess they wont turn up to provide all. Can I free myself from this case thoughts? Pls suggest me.

Without seeing the order I can not advise for sure. Prima facie it appears all the caused persons have got AB.

AB granted by the court only protects u from arrest by the Police during the subsistence of the order. U cannot take it that u are freed from the charges leveled against u in the lower court.U will have to attend the lower court on all dates of hearing without fail and defend urself. Failure to attend the court on dates fixed for hearing may result in cancellation of the bail.

AB is just a temporary relief from arrest, not an amnesty from appearing before the investigating officer or the court, as the case may be.
