i am about to approach a lawyer to quash my FIR. I just got AB. Meanwhile is there anyway to stop Inspector from filing charge sheet?

I wonder who has advised you to stop charge sheet.
Most of the high courts even does not entertain quashing petition prima facie if charge sheet is not submitted.
