hello sir...filed case in consumer court...has given last chance on 6/5/16 to OP.....even op does not appear on 6/5 ....wat will happen???....wat will happen if court give ex parte order on OP, consquences, benefits to me??....how will court give orders??....

If the consumer courts sets the P as exparte, you may have to depose evidence for exparte decision, so wait till the next date of hearing for the court to decide on the case.
