I have create one problem in agriculture land situated in surat Gujarat
legal hirers in Muslim land farmer
the main owner buy the land in 1956 with registered sale deed
then he dead his legal hirers in his family tree

his son's they claim they are legal hirer of this undivided part
it is true with the Muslim law ?
