Dear Experts, Plaintiff died after getting decree in money suit.next what is the procedure.whether Lrs can directly file the EP or the Lrs has to brought on record before filing thr EP.kindly clearify on this.thanq in advance.

legal hiers of the judgement debtor are liable to pay the decreetal amount if the judgement debtor against whom you have got decree has left behind him any property and itis in the hands of the legal hiers or any amount which the jdr had in the accounts or even the amount payable to jdr on getting the lrs are laible to pay it to you.

LRs of the deceased plaintiffs should file an EA to implead themselves as plaintiffs/decree holders owing to the death of the original plaintiff/decree holder. Aft the EA is admitted, and allowed, they can file an EP against the JD(s) for execution of decree.
