House plan approval after construction

Hi, I had taken plan approval for G+1, but constructed G+2. Recently got a notice from BBMP to submit docs related to property as we don't have approval for 2nd floor. Could some one suggest and help me how to go about resolving this issue.

Please go to the BBMP office and speak to them, because this is against law, since you very well know what is sanctioned.

Take a revised plan and go alongwith your contractor, maybe he would be able to help you better.

Find out whether some plan / procedure exist for regularization of this illegal construction and proceed accordingly if exist.
