Sir i want to know that without any complaint by concerning Forest officer, only FIR registered by police under section 2,30(kh),9,39,46,49b of wild life protection act 1972 and filed charge sheet is sufficient and legal for the trial?

If there is FIR what else do you require to file charge sheet, nothing. It is correct as per procedure prescribed.
