Builders failed to on agreement

Dear All,
In a Gated community venture. Builder committed for iron stair case, After final payment builder brought Iron ladder. When I went his office and showed plan as he committed earlier. Now he is refused to accept & saying as per him iron stair case means ladder.
Dear all please do needful I shocked on his changing reactions. I kept all my saving money and taken additional borrow from brother.

If the conditions are violated, you may issue a legal notice to the builder to comply with the conditions or else you may proceed against him with a legal recourse.
