Can there be a civil suit against illegal parking in the residential area?If yes, then please explain the procedure.

Answer is yes but to know the procedure you have to engage an advocate.
We do not teach procedures of court practice.

Shroff sir I have completed my law this year only.I am just trying learn a few tips here and nothing else. After reading your profile I believe that you strongly follow ethics of honesty and integrity for which I respect you as I am also staunch follower of the same path. In the the same note hiding is not in my punjabi blood.I am a 25 year old final year student of law in punjab university.I have also done Btech in ECE and worked in Tata Indicom after which I decided to switch career..My parents are doctors and my late grandfather retired as a District Attorney.Anything else you would like to know I can email you.
As far as repetition of query is concerned I am new on this platform so i think you can spare me for that but I would like to add that my other query was regarding illegal school structure causing public nuisance while this is regarding civil suit for illegal parking.
Also , about complaining to authorities I have already given written complaints with signatures of 15 affected residents to SHO,SSP ,DC and local development authority.
