Child custody and visitation rights

I am fighting 498a and 125. I want to apply for child custody and visitation.

If i apply child custody and visitation righs, maintenance will be granted of child. As 125(for both mother and son) is running.

My family member can apply child custody and visitation rights.

you can apply custody, but only visiting rights of ur family and ur will be allowed.

Generally the custody of child is given to mother, visitation rights may be given. Maintenance has to be given.

Except you, no other person in your family has right to apply for custody or visitation as long as you are alive or fit.

Custody suit has nothing to do order of maintenance.
