Drafting of requestation letter under rti act

Dear Sirs,
I want to get information about my wife employement,salary details from the office,she is working (Panchayat Union Office) under RTI Act on line.

Since,DV act case on me is pending,I need this details. How to draft a requestion letter and how to apply for this online.

Pls help me in this regard.

dont apply online, you can post register post you application, they should give details.

At present RTI online is available for the central Govt Departments only. For all other departments you have to apply through hard copy only.
