Respected Experts, there is a common lane between my house and neighbor's house, my neighbor had made Structure Covering the lane, I checked my building sale deed, it shows lane of 4x65 feets, now my neighbour had created structure and the lane as on today is FRONT SIDE 4FEET but Reducing and At END of 1 feet ONLY, He made it cross, I AM ASKING MY AREA MRO TO GIVE ME LANE PRINTS but Every time he ignores and says that it is Govt documents and cannot be given, By His Delay My New Neighbour Got Time To built structure, MRO IS Reckless in replying me, What Do I Do To Get Lane Prints?pls pls help

It is now becoming difficult to walk through the lane as before it was 4 feet in front and at end, now at end its hardly 1 feet

Take the information through RTI.
File case in the civil court for removing the unauthorized structure from lane.

There is no specific format for this. You can think of Writ petition also.

Apply to the PIO with fee prescribed in your state. If BPL fee is exempted. You may ask in the inform of information and sketch as available in the records. RTI is only information but no remedy. For remedy consult a local lawyer.
